To
SAVE the ezine OFF-line so you can read it later
without being connected to the internet:
|
-
To save to
your desk top for easy access to read the ezine later, OFF-line, click
on the link in the RF4RP ezine and briefly open the ezine. From
the menu bar at the top of your internet browser window, go to FILE.
Select SAVE AS from the drop down menu in the File option, and save
the issue of RF4RP in the location of your Desktop (or any other file
you choose). This places the ezine on your computer so you can
read it later without being online. You can easily delete it
when you are finished, or save portions of it for later use if you
like.
-
You can also
save the ezine by opening the Notepad program which you can find in
the Accessories file in your Start menu. This is a standard
program that comes with all Windows based computers. Next,
Briefly open the RF4RP ezine. Using your mouse, click and drag
your mouse over the text in the ezine you wish to save and read later.
Once the text is highlighted, RIGHT click with your right mouse button
on the highlighted text and select COPY from the menu that appears.
Now, go to the open Notepad program and RIGHT click again in the open
space inside the open window of the Notepad program. Select
PASTE from the menu that appears, and the text should appear in this
window. Now you can save this simple (and VERY small) text file
to your desk top or any other location on your computer so you can
read it later when it is convenient for you.
